She performs reviews medial histories, records blood pressure, oral cancer screenings, periodontal scaling and root planing, local anesthesia, prophies, x rays, prior charting, sealants, and fluoride placement. The office manager is very efficient at handling insurance quoting, scheduling, our softdent computer system, collections, treatment planning education, and patient communication. The dental assistant routinely multi tasks, sets up rooms, tears down rooms, reviewing medical histories, sterilize instruments, chair side assisting, making temporary crowns, taking x rays, taking impressions, and several other duties. These three employees together provide a production, organized, and friendly work environment.
The dentist has worked for six years in the dental field and three years at this office. She has seen this office grow drastically and knows there is more potential for even more growth.
